The Tivoli Rainbow Garden Preschool celebrates an “Enchanted Halloween” on October 28, 2017. Come to the Sparkling Garden of Lights, where the Queen of Fairies will enchant children with her magic!
For children aged to seven. Costumes are welcome, but please, no scary costumes!
