It’s time for the German American Social Club of Cape Coral’s Christkindlmarkt – the German Christmas Market! This year, held on Saturday, December 2nd, from noon until 8 pm, the Christmas market has been entirely reorganized and will be bigger and better than ever. With more of everything! More German tradition, more trees, more ornaments, more music, more crafts, more gifts, more fun for the entire family!
There will be glass etching, woodworking, nutcrackers, unique gifts, Christmas ornaments, Advent wreaths and loom work on display. In addition to the club’s very own Hafenkapelle, Edelweiss Chorus and accordion player Peter Dee, there will be music offered by the Teresa Mayer & Petra Klos, locals from Punta Gorda who appeared with Die Lustigen Almdudler at Oktoberfest, bringing older beloved German songs, plus the Hot Flashz Dancers will be there, a popular local dance troop.
