IL: Kulturküche at the DANK Haus – Spreads for Breads on Jan. 26

For this kulturküche (cooking class), Chef Pete Simons will make delicious German spreads that are traditionally slathered on bread. Learn how to make two popular spreads: one with goose fat and one with cheese. Come cook with friends while enjoying a glass of wine or beer.
