On Sunday, July 22, 2018, the Peoria German-American Society will be hosting a Corn Boil at Hickory Grove Park.
An $8.00 per person donation includes a pork chop sandwich, all you can eat sweet corn, baked beans, and cole slaw. Proceeds for the event will be used to maintain and upgrade the park. German and domestic beer are available, along with soft drinks, and a cash bar. PCDjays will be providing music. Other activities will include: soccer, bag toss, archery, and bocci ball. A playground is available for the kids.
