Elysium – between two continents and the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in New York present “Resistance of the Heart” in commemoration of the 75th Anniversary of the Rosenstrasse protests under the patronage of Rabbi Ismar Schorsch, chancellor emeritus of the Jewish Theological Seminary New York.
Nathan Stoltzfus, author of the award-winning book “Resistance of the Heart” and Michael Lahr will outline the historic context and discuss the significance of those protests and Gregorij von Leitis will read passages of Nathan Stoltzfus’ book.
