The Green Sauce is a much-loved dish in the Rhine-Main area of Frankfurt. Traditionally made of seven herbs and usually served with boiled potatoes and hard-boiled eggs, it even has its own festival in Frankfurt. Starting May 12th, 2018, more than 5000 guests, 49 restaurateurs and numerous artists take part in the seven-day event.
Every night starting on May 12, seven restaurateurs from Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main area will demonstrate their skills with their secret recipes. It will take place at Roßmarkt Frankfurt, 60311 Frankfurt am Main until May 19.
