  4. USA: 137.4 billion euros (plus 12.3%)
  5. Great Britain: 115.7 billion euros (plus 4.9%)
  6. Italy: 105.1 billion euros (minus 4.3%)
  7. Austria: 95.1 billion euros (plus 0.4%)
  8. Switzerland: 86.5 billion euros (plus 1.9%)
  9. Belgium: 83 billion euros (minus 2.8%)
  10. Russia: 80.5 billion euros (plus 6.9%)
